Its always good to get advice on what to improve. So that's what I will be asking. I need some feedback on my homework which happens to be a high school basketball website. If you can see anything that I can't let me know.

Note: The website is in flash, so if you have dial up I suggest that you don't go to it. Also I know there are some changes that I need to make on the navigation bar.

oh and add a load screen to the video clip so it wont be choppy when it gets played
