Default I need more fiber in my diet.

I'm not going in depth on why, but I just do due to certain circumstances.
Suggestions? I know nothing of the world of fiber.

Heh, I was told the same thing when my poop started to become strange.

There are powders you can mix in with drinks that you won't even be able to tell are there.

Fiber One bars are a great quick source to Fiber. However eat anything high in fiber with caution as they will make you a little uneasy in the pants if you eat to much.

You could eat strands of nylon. Or read the following.

I'd go with Metamucil.
Easy way to make sure your getting fiber each and everyday.
Without having to eat something you don't like or that may be a bit expensive.

Yep, but nothing beats prunes. Seriously.
Bananas are fine too. Any fruit. But prunes = the best.

My girlfriend takes these orange fiber supplement things. She loves them...I tried one and I thought it tasted terrible. But maybe you'd see them as a delicious candy as she does.

"The five most fiber-rich plant foods, according to the Micronutrient Center of the Linus Pauling Institute, are legumes (15-19 grams of fiber per US cup serving, including several types of beans, lentils and peas), wheat bran (17 grams per cup), prunes (12 grams), Asian pear (10 grams each, 3.6% by weight), and quinoa (9 grams)."

Hope this helps

It's surprising that no one mentioned celery. Also, because it takes more calories to digest it than it provides you with, it is a good way to lose weight, not that I know whether you need to or not.
