Heh, I was told the same thing when my poop started to become strange.
There are powders you can mix in with drinks that you won't even be able to tell are there.

I'd go with Metamucil.
Easy way to make sure your getting fiber each and everyday. Without having to eat something you don't like or that may be a bit expensive.

Yep, but nothing beats prunes. Seriously.
Bananas are fine too. Any fruit. But prunes = the best.

It's surprising that no one mentioned celery. Also, because it takes more calories to digest it than it provides you with, it is a good way to lose weight, not that I know whether you need to or not.

try to eat anything thats a vegetable, fruit, or is or has some type of whole grain in it. corn, wheat, broccoli, sweet potatoes, etc...those helped me.
