Having the same problem
Ya, i have had the same problems, i changed the settings in the parent profile on zune.net and it still is not doing anything. I have already called the zune help line this week and talked to a guy in india about this and he was about as helpful as talking to a wall. can someone respond to this if they have found how to fix this?
