I had a similar problem yesterday. After 90 minutes on the phone with tech support, we ended up downloading a MS program called "Windows Install Cleanup." I believe it erases the active program files so your computer doesnt think its there. Once I did that, the new version installed just fine. I believe I was getting the same error codes as you.
