Smoothies
1/2 cup Whole Milk
1/2 cup Plain Yogurt
1 Banana (in small pieces)
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 cup fresh fruit or frozen fruit, thawed (Strawberries work best)
*Optional amount depends on what it is. Throw in those health food additives such as protein or creotine to your smoothies before you work out or just to add some more to your smoothie.
This works great with my frozen foods post so you can use those not so everyday fruits that they dont sell in the frozen food section such as kiwi, or starfruit. Here is the link.
