Thanks for the explaination. I kind of collect different MP3 players and this is the first one that I've had that takes control on it's own. I have 2 creative 30gig players and a Sandisk player. If I want some thing on the player I select what I want and move there. With the zune I plug it in and it adds or deletes on it's own. I plugged it in the other day and it erased the content that was shipped with it. I've turned off the automatic sync option but it still does it. Is there some kind of manual for this software other than the online help file?
