Okay all. I have talked to the tech support for Zune and they cannot tell me what is wrong at all.
I have vista, and I have had my zune for a month now, still I cannot get into the marketplace. It gives me error 340 every time.
Help, please.

Hey, thanks but no, that isnt my problem. I've viewed everything, and nothing to help.
Hope someone knows something about Vista and a 340 error code...

Okay, been on the phone with tech support again, for about an hour or more, we have done everything from a security upgrade, to creating a test user account...still...nothing.
I never got me free trial, I have not been able to download anything from marketplace...I can see music, when I click purchace, it tells me to log in, when I do, it goes straight to that error 340 page...
No one can help me?
