I read a similard thread in this forum providing some links to download a couple of programs to put youtube videos in the zune. the programs were "tube sucker" and "moyea FLV video converter". you can get them both online.
I tried them both and they are remarkable, before you convert the videos to wmv you can choose the quality of the video to meet your demands. I've converted several videos so far and they look spectacular, considerably better than in youtube.
