Thanks for getting back to me so fast. Umm. I copied and pasted the command "java -jar ZuneFirm.jar" without the quotes but it says unable to access java -jar ZuneFirm.jar.

I think the problem might be that I don't know how to create a directory. How do you create the following directory below? Thanks

4. Create another directory and copy "Zune01050485" firmware made in step 3, and "ZuneFirm.jar" from Zune.RE.zip into the directory. We will comeback to this step later.
