i already have a live id set and the software still doesnt see it. i just got a second zune today and it's having the same issues as the other one zune software cant see the zune hardware. but xp sees it and says its ready to use. does the zune need 2 be fully charged to be able to sync? i have tried almost every usb port [frontback] all my ports are 2.0 . the device on screen say "conected" but i cant send files to it. i have a few more pcs in house i can try.... |
Try a different USB port. If you are using a front port, try a rear port. It makes a difference on my computer for some reason....
