Sadly they may lose a customer because of this....I really like the Zune but I may take it back if I can't get it working. I find it hard that a simple little fix isn't in order. It's the same thing as loging into any netpassport-IE xbox.com. How hard is this to fix? I have until January 8th to decide...so Microsoft get crack'n.
