I think that the zune has potential
that microsh** isn't utilzing 
The next firmware update should have:
Non Gap Playback -useful for album mixes
Clock - u know tell time 
visualiztions - effect with the music
Flac Support - Excellent sound quality -probaly won't
because no popular among
no smart people
