Are you talking about Avast? If so yes uninstall Norton and download Spyware terminator as your firewall and spyware protection and Avast as you anti-virus. I Highly recommend Diskeeper Pro 2007 though it does this auto defrag thing so when your comp is in idol it defrags for you then stops when you get back on.
