not yet, i'll dl it now, but i have tried using #1 video converter, it gives me the choice to change the frame rate, but when i try then convert it, it still comes out at 30 vs. 11

EDIT:I tried super and it wouldn't work, but I wondered around and finally got it to work. Thanks though.
