microsoft has never lets me down except once when that update came out on the 360 and I couldnt use instant messenging because hte programmer failed lol. I also have to laugh at people who wont get a vista because they claim that there are tons of bugs well I got news for you. IT DOESNT! lol my bro has vista ultimate no bugs what so ever
