I am getting the new Halo 3 Zune next tuesday because, my Zen broke on me 3 times, the zen is a waste of money and has bad customer service. First time it broke was because, I left it in my pockets and washed my clothes with the mp3 player in it. 2nd time screen cracked from some damn reason, it had red pixles across the screen. Then next thing you know no display plus ontop of that, everything was getting corrupted and would not work in other computers. So to replace my 4 gig Zen, I am going to buy a halo 3 zune next tuesday because, microsoft products are way better, good customer service, customizable and their products last longer. I was going to get it this week but, I am going on Vacation to Virginia for forth of July, so when I get back I am going to order one.

By the way this site is the greatest!!!
