Yeah, I called MS Tech Support a while back, and after like 40 minutes, they finally just told me I had to call my manufacturer (HP) and ask them if they could do an upgrade. Lucky for me, after calling I found out that my computer has been out of warranty since like, February. Pretty annoying seeing as I only bought this thing about a year ago.
Hopefully they'll come out with a upgrade for media center 2002 to make it run the zune software. This is a major inconvenience.
