Okay I have discovered something in the software.
NOTE: this will help alot when you use the guest hack!

- First: Connect your zune to your computer (the back if possible)
- 2nd: Open Up the software.
- 3rd: it should ask for you to connect as a guest unless you dont have music on your zune in that case dont use this
- Connect as guest then when your connect go to the left side and find what you named your zune
- 5th: Select the songs/movies/Pictures that you want to add to your software.
- 6th: now press the button on the software that looks like two arrows
- 7th:when you done that drag all to were it says sync
- 8th: when you do this youll notice the button changed
- END:Then Press the button and its a reverse sync
