3.) How many hours per week can you spend helping other members? A week, probably 20-25.
4.) Why do you want to join the Support Team? Because I'm an active member here and love helping people with their Zune problems.
5.) What can you add to the Support Team by joining? I am a very experienced member with lots of experience dealing with Zune problems.
