both sign-in and marketplace not working
Hi, hope someone can help.
I installed and unistalled the Zune software about 5 times now.ﾃつ*ﾃつ*All works except that I cannot get to the marketplace and, clicking on the sign-in button does not do anything at all. Neither does right-clicking.ﾃつ*ﾃつ*Called customer support, they were not able to help.
I am running Windows XPﾃつ*ﾃつ*SP2.
It does not seem to even try connecting to the internet at all.
The install went fine each time but I never actually was asked to create a zune tag.ﾃつ*ﾃつ*No error messages during install.
Has anyone experienced this or does anyone have an idea on how I can get this to connect?
Any help would be appreciated.
