here is a guy that has a running pod called couch to 5k, if you look it up it has mp3, and mp4 free links. Well, when I hit add podcast I put the url.....

When this happens the url gets put over in the right column, and the zune symbol box gets put in the left column with a yellow mark in it. Now the thing about it is the podcat downloads on the bottom of my screen but there is no way to sync them.
I have tried this with numerous sites and the same thing with youtube, and some others.
