3.) How many hours per week can you spend helping other members? well im on zuneboards almost everyday after school so i woud say about 13-15 hours a week

4.) Why do you want to join the Support Team? becuase i think zunes are the best and i also want to expand my knowledge of the zune and how it works so i can always help another member/zuner when they come to a new problem

5.) What can you add to the Support Team by joining? i can add a very supporting and helpful person to the team who will go out of there way for anybody just to help them

6.) How dedicated are you? im very dedicated im on zune boards practically everyday and night
