So for such a long post, but i wanted you to have all the information you needed. i have this exact same problem. I have been on the phone with Zune and i went through there entire troubleshooting list and they don't know what to do. My error messages says the following: "Can't access the server. Make sure your connected to the internet and that there are no firewalls proxy servers blocking access to Zune service, then try again." The error code is C00D1126. I can also not play any music files that i purchased from the zune market place. When i play then i recieve the following error messsage: "Need to check usage rights. Please sign into Zune Marketplace with a ZunePass account. For more,click Web Help." The error code for this message is C00D1385. I was thinking about reinstalling my operating system if i can't fiz this problem, but i really really don't want to do that. I do not have Service Pack 3. I have attempted to install it serval times but it will not take. I have Windows XP Media Center 2005 Edition, which is up to date. I have a wireless internet connect, and i have been through all the troubleshooting steps given by Zune. I also reinstalled my winstock2 key, think that would help but it did not. I have a Toshiba Qosmio G35 -AV600 Laptop. I hope this can help you help me.
