Name of Problem (what's going on)

My movies won't sync, even though they're converted to .mp4 or .wmv

Description of fix:

The video format must be .wmv or .mp4, 320x240 resolution, and under 30 fps. Use any of the video converters found here: http://www.zuneboards.com/forums/gen...-software.html
