Guys, if you followed the instructions of letting the battery drain then plug it back in, and it didn't work, go
Follow the instructions if you have owned your Zune more than 1 year (Your warranty is expired anyways, so don't worry about that). If you bought it NEW less than a year ago, you will be voiding your warranty.
Also, if you follow the instructions and it doesn't fix your Zune 30... Then do the following: After you plug the battery cable back in, hold the Back, Left, and Center(ok) buttons at the same time as its starting up. This will
REFORMAT YOUR ZUNE. Its a last resort... but you can always resync with your PC. You have to be very quick with pushing the buttons or you will have to unplug/replug the battery again and be quicker. Just follow the instructions on the screen. Also... you Zune must have a little bit of a charge to make it to the step of plugging it back into your computer after you start the reformatting process.
