My Zune was docked in my iHome ZN9 alarm clock dock that I just received for christmas, and I had it playing music.

All of the sudden, the music stopped and the Zune appeared to be restarting itself for unapparent reasons. Then, when the load bar had progressed to full, it stayed in the restart screen, stuck with the load bar full.

I've tried the Back+Up to restart, the Back+Up+Left to Hard Restart, flipping the hold switch, and plugging it via USB into my computer. When I put the device up to my ear, I can hear the hard drive spinning.

This is the worst time for me to even start thinking about replacing my Zune, so ANY help would be appreciated!!!
