If you are someone who actively helps out in these support forums, and are dedicated to Zuneboards, there are many benefits to join the Support Team.
We are looking for dedicated members who love to actively help other members in not limited to but including: Gen 1, Gen 2, General Zune Software, Tech Help, and Game & Hack Support.
Support team is
NOT a staff position.
Benefits of joining include having a team of people there to help you better give technical assistance to those in need, a new member user color, the ability to give yourself a custom user title, and /team access in the Shoutbox.
Requirements:
1.) Active at least 1 month on Zuneboards
2.) At least a post count of 100 or more.
3.) Active participant on the support forums
4.) At least an intermediate understanding of basic troubleshooting steps
