Are you on Vista? If so, as the instructions say, you will need to run it as the administrator.
If you are already doing that, please delete the ZSCinstall.log file in your Zune directory and rerun the installation. Then paste the contents of the newly created ZSCinstall.log in this thread or email/
pm me it.
Timtacious is that what the actual path you put looks like? If so that definitely isn't correct. It should default to C:\Program Files\Zune
