and i found one bug more:
some times down button make volume down (or volume down + select choise), and left button make scroling for songs choise (like down button)
i dont know why this hapend, but i think this associated with touch pad. I make experiments (testing) with this buttons and touch pad, and come to the conclusion that this problem from touch pad.
for examlpe:
when playing a song after true (false) choise, i touch left button and after press down button volume go down, then i touch up button and after press down button - nothing hapand. then again touch left button and after press down button - volume go down again )

As far as the first one, after looking into it, the numbetr of circles comes directly from the media player play position. It cant get more direct than that. Theres nothing I can do.
The second one must be ur touch pad. Left and right are audio, up and down are selection. the code makes clear distinctions between these. The logical explanation, and frankly the only one, is that ur zune has an off touch pad.
