Overall i'm pretty impressed. I really like that it uses my own album art in the background. Just a few suggestions.

On the questions where is asks you about the longest/shortest it would be nice to see the artist as well. I have a few songs that have the same names even though the songs are completely different and it's hard to know which ones shorter when I don't know which version it is.
On the ones that ask most or least played it shows the playcount at the bottom of the screen next to the song title.
On the ones that play a sample the sample is slow to start and usually keeps playing through the next question. Personally these are my favorite questions since I at least get to hear some music.

Like I said though, i'm very impressed with the game. It's very nice and one of my favorites.
