Well, if you open the file in Notepad, you will see random boxes instead of actual characters. These are very bad and should be removed. I was able to make it so it would not crash because of them, but it makes the loading time to be around 10-15 minutes for your file. I think it would be better to just get rid of the very illegal characters.
