The Zune software works perfectly on Vista 32bit and Vista 64bit, you just have to make sure, just like on XP, that you stay up to date with your windows updates and your sound/video drivers.

The track listings/album art from the starting point are based SOLEY on the tags the mp3s originally had to begin with, so if you got them from an illegal and unlegit source chances are the illegal source did not tag them right to begin with, or if you ripped them using software then the software was not set to label them correctly other then the file name which barely counts anymore, just like any other program (winamp, windows media) it takes awhile for the program to straighten out your library for itself. If you start having big issues like double listings and such you can use the MS Media Reset tool in my signature.

Also now in the software (2.5) you can rightclick your tracks and change them directly from the zune software, add/replace album art, and pretty much anything else you want.
