2) Port it from XBox360 code to zune
3) Contact Alain Zanchetta
4) Ask him if you can redistribute it

Alternate Steps
1) Contact Alain Zanchetta
2) Ask him if he is finished with the Zune Version of that chess
3)
a - if Yes, ask if you can redistribute it
b - if No, ask if you can get what he has and finish
