okay, so i have done this
Installation Instructions
1. Download the file.
2. Turn off the Zune software
2. Place the file inside your Zune program files folder. (Usually at c:/Program Files/Zune/)
3. Run the file.
4. Pat yourself on the back for a job well done!

but i can't start my zune software
i get this message
"microsoft Zune has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."
And it says "please tell microsoft aobut this problem"
and it is like "send error report" or "don't send"

Please help! If you don't know how to make it work than please just forget the background and help me just get the software starting again.
