I've heard this a few times too, but I have to ask... if that is true, then isn't using a dock with your Zune a surefire way to kill your battery life? (I don't own any docks currently myself, so I'm not sure if all docks charge your Zune, or just some) Most people leave their PMP docked for many hours at a time...

To be a bit more on topic: The first time I charged my Zune, I was so excited to use it, I completely forgot to let it fully charge first, and tried out some photos after only 20 minutes of charging. I still get pretty good battery life today, so not charging it for 3-4 hours won't like, 'insta-kill' your battery life, but it definitely isn't recommended.
