Well I have all the newest software, so I called Microsoft and they told me that I have an internal problem with the Zune, and I asked about hard resetting it, but since it wont sync, if I hard reset it, it will never work again, luckily I still have the manufacturers warranty and they are going to replace it, after 3-5 weeks of course. Thanks for all the help!
