1) What were you trying to debug? Something of you created or one of the games from here
2) Try switching the hold button on and off a few times, then Try holding the back button for 5 seconds, if nothing happens try holding the back button plus the up key on the dpad.
3) If the above dont work, you will have to wait until your zune drains its battery(Just let is sit for 24hours)
Once you let the battery drain, connect it to the pc and see if it starts charging.
