Version 3.1 is now out with some additions. You can only install it if you are running the final version of XNA Game Studio 3.0. Major additions include a new skin added and provisional touch support. Hopefully it'll improve in future releases.
If you are stubborn and still using the XNA Game Studio 3.0 Beta, you can still use Zune Minesweeper version 3.0,
available for download here.
