Well here in NC you cannot report a accident if its less than $1000 in damage. I mean you can but the insurance agency will just laugh in your face. So no worries man just play it smooth, offer to pay for the damage but tell him he must wait like a week so he cannot take your money and still report you. (Yes people do this)
