The blacked out songs are DRM ones that Zune Blade blocks by default. This is to my knowledge because application can't access them. Song playlists are on the list of what I would like to add, it might require a Zune Blade mod to make it work though.

I haven't had any problems with song artists duplicates. Try downloading a fresh copy of Zune Blade and running it on your Zune, the song feature is in it by default. If it shows up there it is either a Zune Blade problem or a music format problem.
