Default Zune TV video encoding suggestion

The current WMV videos for zune TV is inefficient.

If the zune TV WMV videos are converted with these specifications, then the server will save 50% of the space while achieve equal or better quality:

Audio codec: Windows Media Audio Professional 10
Mode: Bitrate VBR (Peak)
Audio Format: 64kbits, 44kHz, 2 channel 16-bit VBR
Audio Peak bitrate: 192 kbit/s
Peak Buffer size: 3 seconds

Video codec: Windows Media Video 9
Mode: Bitrate VBR (peak)
Framerate: 15-30 depending on what the adminsitrator wants. The less framerate, the less CPU processing power needed
Keyframe interval: 25
Video bitreate average: 400-500Kbit/s
Video Peak Bitrate: 1500kbit/s
Peak buffer size: 5
Decoder Complexity: Auto
