It's possible to do that on the zune since the very first software update.
1) Flag your quick list songs. Put them as, heart or broken heart. If you have the older firmware, choose a star number.
2) sync your zune
3)The song you chose will be flagged in the zune software and you can group them and make it into a playlist.
