Oddly enough, I had the same problem. Here is a fix. Don't plug the Zune into one of the front USB ports. Also, make sure you have the latest firmware, that is very important. Then, if it still doesn't work, go into the BIOS and make sure that your Zune is getting enough power to sync. If all of your USB ports don't work, it is obviously not one port itself that is the problem. Try getting a USB hub that connects to more than one port, and then plug your Zune into the hub to see if it's a power issue.
