3D games were around before there were dedicated 3D processors. Maybe someone will be able to throw together a ray-casting engine. I have a ray-casting based 3D game on my calculator, I'm sure the zune can handle it.
I understand that ray-casting isn't the "3D graphics" you speak of but its a step above any of the current zune games available I'm a C++ programmer and very much dislike C# or else I would do it myself.
Highly reduced ray casting though, the graphics would be pretty garbage, below Wolfenstein 3D engine quality.
