it means you dont have usb2.0 or its not enabled in the bios. if you think you have usb2.0 then reboot your computer and enter the bios, and look for usb configuration and make sure high-sped usb is enabled. otherwise you can get a 4-port pci usb2.0 card anywhere that sells computer parts for about $20.
