Zune RMA Poll
Hello, everyone. I need the help of this community in finding out the RMA rate of zunes. Everyone who I know who owns a zune has RMA'ed his/her device at least once and got back a new device. This made me start wondering about the RMA rate of the zune and if it is as high as the xbox. I have a hunch it is(At least the fist gen zunes).
