IT couldn't have been the games, because they don't have direct access. Me thinks that it is the faceplate, because the back button quits games, so it wouldn't really be noticeable in games. I'm guessing that the two buttons got sticky underneath (It happens!!!!

) and work "as a team" now. You could send it in, or you could remove the faceplate and fix it yourself. Would you like to know how to remove the faceplate?

P.S. IT voids your warranty
