well I can say this:

Don't bother on repairs for your Zune!!

it's not worth it, Especially if your out of warranty, I sent mine in two weeks ago because it broke, I just got it back today and C00D124 is still going to happen.

I found this out though, it depends on WHAT your syncing....For example, I had to keep un-plugging my zune and Plugging it back in for music, on top of that, I had to do ONE album at a time!!!!

But Right now I am Syncing 88 Videos and not ONE error

Weird???
