See if someone might know something to try.

I installed Zune 2.5, then I installed Xp sp3. When I went to play back a wmv in the zune software it would only play sound no video.

I downloaded new graphic card drivers, still didn't fix it. Reinstalled Windows Media Player 11 so that it would reinstall wmv3 codecs. The video would play but is real choppy. I reinstalled 2.5 but it didn't improve.

Playback was fine with 2.3 and sp2. Now is the funny part, if I have windows task manager infront of the video while it plays it is fine like it should be.

Any suggestions would help before I try to revert to sp2 and see 2.5 will work and fix it.
